If a postback notification fails, does Segpay try to re-send it? If so, how often?

Yes, if a postback fails to send following an initial purchase, we will re-try the postback every 5 minutes up to an hour later. For all other types of postbacks, if an initial attempt fails, we'll try again once an hour for the next 12 hours.

 

If you entered your email address in the Postback area of the Merchant Portal, we will email you with instructions if your postback wasn't sent and is no longer being re-tried.

 

You can contact [email protected] to customize how often your postbacks are re-tried.
